Copy a week across the calendar

Copy a week

First, configure a single week in the schedule view. See Configure your schedule.

Tap Copy in the top-right corner, then Week.

Copy a week from the schedule

The full calendar view opens. Tap Paste, then Done to confirm.

Paste the weekly schedule across the calendar

The weekly schedule is now copied across the school year.

Configure your calendar

The first time you open the calendar view, it asks for start and end dates. Include the full academic year, for example, August 2019 to July 2020.

Set the calendar’s academic-year dates

Calendar date ranges must not overlap. If they overlap, information will be written to both calendars.
Open your calendars at any time from iDoceo’s main screen using the three dots in the central top bar.

Copy a two-week schedule

Open Main menu > Schedule and select 2 weeks with the Copy button. Then follow the same steps as for a single week.
