Linking devices to share data

I am sure it is not currently possible, but I have a need to link multiple devices to share data between them.

This would be useful for staff who share classes, For Heads Of Department to collate all classes in one place also where multiple staff need to share data, in my case it is in a boarding house where the sharing of data, attendance and behaviour would be beneficial to staff as they handover from day to day.

I sense the need for a central account could be in order with cloud style sharing of selected groups with selected users.

At the moment the only way I can see sharing being possible is to send the backup file to other users, which is not ideal.

I would be grateful for any advice or some sense that this is possible in future updates.

I think it is an important feature too,we're working on it for our next major update.
Due to some concerns about personal data in the cloud, we'll first work on a data sharing feature without a central online account and we'll see how that turns out.
The first step will be to have an iDoceo for the Heads of Department able to receive/update each of the staff's data either by e-mail or WebDAV connection and then we'll go for a more automated solution!
