I can't find out how to export or print an individual student's grades. I know it is possible to email the whole class their grades via 'tools' but I would like a printout to stick to their individual folders. Can you help please?

Hi ceebee,
In the current version you can obtain different reports with all your student's data , but not a single report per student. The temporary workaround is to apply the students filter on top to show only a single student, and then do this report here www.idoceo.net/index.php/en/help/the-report-generator

We're now working on a major update that will be ready on the first half of september and which will include a nice single student report (and you'll be able to send it by email as well)

Since you are working on a single student report, could you add a signature line for parents to sign?

Hi Sue,
You'll have that option in the form of a configurable footer and header for the report.
It is much more flexible than a specific signature line, but it will require you to create that signature line as an image.
We'll probably end up having some header and footer image samples for our users to simply download and add it to their reports.

Well crap. I only bought this app to generate individual student reports. Do you have an expected date when this might be available, or should I just scrap it and move on to another product? Your response indicates 2nd half of September...

This message is more than month old, and it was referring to the upcoming version 3.0 which is already available in the app store.
The student report along with the header and footer I mentioned are already there, but if this is how you'll ask for things in the forum you may as well move to another product.

Sorry if you're offended. Could you please provide instructions to generate individual student mark reports, or possibly a link that explains how to do so? I've noticed in the features list for the 3.0 that it highlights the capability to print student reports, but I can't seem to figure it out. I tried searching the website but only can find information for printing a whole class summary. I would like to be able to save the reports into Dropbox (pdf?) in order to open on a desktop computer connected to a printer.

After much trial and error, I figured out how to do the individual reports last night. I was kind of hoping I would be able to export a whole class of student reports at one time. Am I accurate in saying the only way to do this would be to click on one student at a time, 'open in' something like Notability, and then go to a desktop and access each individual report to print it? Just checking that I haven't missed something. I do think I could save one step by 'adding to a note' in Notability rather than creating a new note each time, but is there a faster or more efficient way of accomplishing this?

We'll have that option in our next update, a single PDF report with all your students in it
