Seating chart

Help. My seating charts keep rearranging themselves. It seems like it might be related to entering grades while on the seating chart screen but im not sure.
What would cause this to happen?

This might have to do with iDoceo's screen lock feature, have you enabled it?
If so, please disable it as a temporary workaround. We're now working on
a major update ,iDoceo 3.0 which will solve this issue and will add lots of new
features

I am having the same issue...how do I enable the screen lock feature?

I enabled it...but don't want to have to type a password every time I enter app. Do you have a time frame for when the update will come out that fix this problem?

The screen lock doesn't seem to help me but I think I found something that does. Every time you enter grades from the seating chart screen, ALWAYS click the "hide" (the little x) button before leaving the seating chart screen and going back to the spreadsheet screen or exiting the program. This seems to keep it from happening (although I sometimes forget). I wouldn't call it a solution but it's a temporary fix until hopefully the next version solves it.

Same issue. None of the suggestions help. I am lost and tired of resetting my seating chart

I have had the same problem with every class. Keeps resetting on each class. Tearing hair out. Hope that update is coming v soon!
