Change schedule to Middle East week

How do I change to schedule to run from Sunday to Thursday to fit with the Middle East week? I have just changed the days to show Sunday to Thursday, but the schedule still starts with Monday, and so that it is synchronised with the diary.

The position of Sunday in a week depends on your iPad's Regional settings.
You can change it from (your iPad's) Settings / General / International / Region Format and here set United States for example which has Sunday as the first day of the week.
As a reference, your iPad's Calendar app uses this setting as well, so you can verify when that option is properly configured.
