Edexcel Music Performance

Hi,

So the conundrum I'm facing is this:
For marking performances, we have a Raw Mark and a table (see attached) to scale up said Raw Mark depending on the level of difficulty of the piece.
I'm trying to find a way to tell for each student, within the same column if possible, if their piece is Less Difficult, Standard, or More Difficult. Which would then transform the Raw Mark (that I'm working out at the moment via a Rubric) into the final scaled up mark.

I'm open to any suggestions, even if it means hiding some columns as intermediary steps, I'd like not to have to have an excel markbook just for that component.
