A refreshed design, clearer classroom insights and more ways to plan, organise and share. This update gives familiar tools a smoother feel while opening up plenty of new possibilities for your teaching day.

Your week, always handy
See your timetable from the Home Screen with the new weekly schedule widget. Choose the size and appearance that suit you, and check your week without opening iDoceo.

A clearer view of every lesson
Redesigned day and week diary views on iPad and Mac bring more space and structure to your plans. Session numbers now appear in more planning views, while improved diary and notes searches make earlier ideas easier to find.

Share bulletin boards with your students
Publish supported notes, resources and audio recordings to a linked iDoceo Connect class for students to open in their browser. You can also bring new Connect board items back into iDoceo, enjoy richer website previews and organise notes with new coloured styles.

More insight in Class Summary
Explore redesigned widgets and interactive charts for attendance, grades and progress. Compare students and assessments, add the class average, inspect radar charts and export comparisons as PDFs. Tap an attendance status to see the students behind the total.

Plan in Excel, continue in iDoceo
Import spreadsheet columns directly into matching planner sections. Prepare your lesson content in a table, match the headings to your section names and place everything where it belongs.

A smoother gradebook
Reorder modern gradebook tabs by dragging, fit student rows to their content and work with a clearer undo and redo history. You can also select several evaluation criteria at once and show associated criteria in column headers.

More possibilities with iDoceo Connect
Run Team Challenge, Debate Arena and Name Roulette, sign in with Microsoft and manage your Connect identity independently from other cloud accounts. Import tasks by ID, collaborate as a co-teacher, edit newer assessments in the integrated web editor and review submission activity from iDoceo.

Your teaching library, refreshed
The redesigned local Wi-Fi interface lets you browse, search, preview and transfer resources in a browser. Drag files into the right class, student or lesson and keep an eye on upload progress.

Everyday tools with a fresh feel
Settings, resource browsing, textDrop, iconDrop, TimeDrop, the calculator, audio tools and the random picker all receive a visual refresh. Timers and the stopwatch now keep their state as you move around the app, with floating controls close at hand.

Keep the next task in sight
Class reminders are easier to organise, and the new Summary widget gathers the pending reminders for each class.
