Can I create a Rubric where i can select all the cells? Not just one in each row

So our assessment system has changed, and we need to show that the students have met all the criteria in one section, but for this to happen I need to select multiple cells in the same row.  I can only find how to select one cell per row (it colour codes it according to points).

Is there any way of doing this?
