Grade Editor

I need A- when I give grades and it isn't in the grade editor A-F. Is there anyway I can add it or make my own set of grades?

Sure. You can add your own grades or modify the existing ones.
From the main screen (classes list) tap on Grade Types (ruler), and here look for 'Grades from A to F'
You'll then be able to add A- or change the percents in the current configuration
