Help with grades

I am having trouble with my grading system... Here are 2 pictures of my grade types... It's too messy and I am sure there must be a better way to do it.






I have 'number grades' out of all numbers (well it looks like it!) and now with conversion, I really like to have the grade in the cell, but I can't set them up fast enough...

Can I improve on this?

I'd need to know a bit more about your grade book configuration but let's focus on those numeric grades first. There is no need to create new grade types each time.

All my numeric grades were set up before the update to iDoceo4 and I haven't dared getting rid of them. I'm a grade hoarder!

I also need to update one of my grading to match the newer school policy and I am thinking that it might mess up my 'old' one.

Finally with the conversion, I am quite confused about this, even after watching the video. Does it mean I will have a whole range of conversion grades too?
