Conversions

Hi,

I just would like to know if I can use a conversion to a series of grades if I have different totals to work with.
For example, when I do a vocab test it's only out of 10 so I created a conversion for vocab tests. However, many of my other tests are out of various totals, so do I need to create a conversion for every single total?

Hello Emilie,
We are still working on improving that. You should only have to assign the max score on each column. iDoceo will then be able to calculate averages and calculations.
If you wish to see the conversion in the same cell you have to configure that conversion but it won't be required in our next major update

Hi Bert,
I am in the latest Beta update and I am happy to see the conversion thing you mentioned is finally here. However, I tried to see if I could get it to work on a new column but it's not happening! I don't know if there is something that I am missing or not as I have seen the added line to the Edit of the column with the selection of conversion 'off', '0-100' or 'Grade A-F' on one column that I had created before.
Is there a 'how-to' that you could direct me to?

Hi Em,
For the quick conversions to work you have to select the Numeric grade (generic) and set a maximum score. It won't work if you are selecting any other grade type, I guess that is the issue.
No how-tos yet! Those are the perks of beta testing but when in doubt, please drop us a line (from the app whenever possible). We need your feedback to figure out what needs to be improved, explained and streamlined in the final release if it isn't clear enough.
