Sharing planner with colleague

I work In a primary school alongside another teacher in my year group. We both have idoceo installed on our iPads and would like to start using the planner for planning. As we often share the planning workload, is there any way of importing a planner from my colleagues ipad to mine and vice versa? I can see that I can export as xls but cannot work out how to import an edited xls back in. Advice much appreciated.

I'm afraid you can't share planner data between iPads yet. We'll try to have this option in our next major update but it will take some time.
