Loss of plans from last year was created by Waters
On going back to last year's lesson plans (planner view, diary but they are not on timeline view either) I have discovered that they have disappeared for all classes from a date in February onwards. The gradebook is unaffected and these plans were all there in July when I last used idoceo.
Is there any advice on what may have happened and is there any possibility of retrieving them? Many thanks.

Hi Waters,
They can't be lost.
It is most likely that the schedule for last year has been changed by configuring this year's
If you open a class > Diary > Day and select a date in the past it should be there.
If still can't sort it out you should send us an e-mail from the app. Tap on help (top bar) > Supports&Suggestions.
