Data in update

Help! A friend of my just installed Idoceo 7 on her iPad Mini. She thinks the device might be too old to cope with the new update. She has lost all her classes and all her data. Unfortunately she has never backed up - she did t know it was an option. Any suggestions?

She should send us an e-mail from the app. Tap on help > Support&Suggestions.
It is very unlikely that any data has been lost unless the app has been manually erased
