Creating classes on macOS

Hi,

I have just purchased this app, however I am completely unable to use this as I cannot create a class in any way, shape, or form. 

I have tried creating an empty class, duplicating the sample class, creating a class populated with data from a spreadsheet, however nothing is working. I was able to create a class on the iPad app, however it will not sync with the MAC app.
