Sync.....

I made my lesson on my iMac in planner. So far so good. As I use my iPadPro during my lessons I checked if everything was synced. Unfortunately the small film I implemented (See screenshot 1 and 2 taken from iMac) was not synced with my iPad (see screenshot 3 taken from iPad Pro).
Is there something wrong?

Let me know the versions of iDoceo in your iPad and macOS

Hi Bert, did you find where the problem is?

Perhaps it is of use........I found out that the .mp4 file which I uploaded trough attachments comes in my iPad out as a .jpeg file. Perhaps there is something.

Unfortunately no answers to my questions anymore.....pity......

Armin I was expecting the version numbers of iDoceo.
If you send me an e-mail from the app with a tap on Help > Support&Suggestions I'll be able to assist.
It is the best way for us to track issues, know exactly the versions you are working with, etc.

I will dot that. I use 7.2.3 on both iMac and iPad Pro.
