Recipients in bcc

Hi-Recipients in Bcc won’t work on my iPad (2020 12.9 inch). It puts the students address in the “To” box but nothing in the bcc box. Have activated Recipients to bcc in idoceo email settings. Tried recipients in cc but again only includes student email. As a result I can’t send the same email to both parents and student. Any suggestions welcome.

Hello Routy,
At least one recipient must be added in the 'To' section for the e-mail work.
It isn't a requirement on all platforms but it is a typical convention.
Which e-mail option are you working with? Is it a report or a a direct e-mail?

Hi Bert-I’m trying to send the student report. The students email comes up in the “To” box but nothing in the BCC. Have tried:
1) Going to idoceo email settings and making sure that “Recipients in BCC” is ticked. There was no change.
2) Ticking “Recipients in CC”. Again no change
3) If I tick both Parents and Students it will put both in the CC box-but at the moment I have to do this for each student separately.

Are you working with our latest version 7.2.3? You can check it under Settings > About
