Automatic Seating and Snap to Grid

When I randomly assign seats to my class and want to change one or two people, the manual snapping to the grid is different from the automatic snapping of the randomly assigned places. It'd be nice if they'd snap to the same points.

It would also be useful to save your own basic (empty) row configuration template, since we usually have rows (but like, 4 students on the right and 3 on the left) or a U in the classroom, which I have to create manually. Since I have to do that, I can't randomly assign seats. Or am I missing an option here?

You're not missing anything Tokoloshe. I had that option in mind for a long time but did not have time to implement it yet! Hopefully I'll be able to work on it soon
