Using Idoceo in the UK - excellent resource by the way.
When we grade work using GCSE grades A*, A,B,C.D,E, F G, U we need to identify whether the student is achieving their target grade which is set at the start of the term. Is there a way of comparing their present grade to their target grade and then say colour coding - Red below target, Amber on Target and Green above target. Or even just T-, T and T+ ??
