I attach photos of work to marks in my book as well as comments. The comments are visible as are thumbnails of the photos. When I click on the thumbnail, though, a grey screen is displayed. This has only just started happening, so did I do something to one of the settings? I know that the photos are still on my iPad as I've checked, but I want to be able to click through them on iDoceo.
Thanks for any help.

			Hello Waters,
This may happen if:
- iDoceo has no access to the iPad's camera roll: check it under iPad settings > Privacy > Photos
- Your photos have been moved from the iPad's camera roll back&forth, maybe with an update or an iPad transfer.
To avoid any issues in the future you should store them locally in iDoceo instead: From iDoceo's main screen > Settings (gear icon top bar) > Image&Video store locally
