Editing student report format

Hi Bert,
I print out the student report with my assessment criteria on it, which can sometimes be 20 skills that I am looking for in a piece of work.
When I print the student report, this can come out over 2 pages, rather than 1 page. Is there a way I can shrink the text size so more fits on a page? I have used the settings page, but this simply changes the amount of the page used, rather than adapting the size of the font and amount that can fit on a page.

Please find a sample report attached. This contains the assessment criteria I tick off, and my annotation comment.
Ideally, I'd like this to all fit on one page so I can print it out and put in their music books for their assessment.

It can't fit in one page but if you change these two settings, more content can fit in a single page.
You can add negative values in Position so that the margin on top decreases and you can increase the size past 100% so that the margin below decreases as well
