Sending to Classroom: duplicates was created by Fjordstrøm
Hi!

First of all, I absolutely love iDoceo and especially the rubrics feature that makes it easy to create rubrics, attach screenshots of students' work and returning them on Classroom while still having an overview (and copy) for myself.

There's just one thing, and I'm not sure if it's a setting or something that could be fixed:

When correcting a project, I want to send the feedback immediately to Classroom so students can read it. However sometimes, there's a student that didn't hand in yet, so I can't evaluate. Once I receive his task, I do my evaluation on iDoceo and want to send it to Classroom, but when I do that, the whole class gets re-uploaded and all other students get their evaluations again (double).

Question: is there a possibility of only sending an evaluation of a certain student instead of the whole class?

Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback Fjordstrøm.
If you are working with iDoceo's most recent version (6.0.21 at the moment of this post) you can apply the gradebook filter (funnel on top bar) to send Google Classroom tasks to selected students.
Only those students shown in the gradebook will be updated via google classroom.

Here is the link to update

and here the filter explained

Ooh thanks, I didn’t know the filter would work like that! This will be really helpful the coming days when correcting remaining tasks.

One more thing: when sending the rubrics (PDF) to Classroom, they appear as links instead of real attachments in Classroom. Is this something that can be changed?

They are always links (even when they appear to be files) but what you are experiencing is most likely due to this setting below:

Make sure it is disabled, in your iPad Settings > iDoceo, as it appears in the image.

Hmm, I don’t see that option.
I just updated the app and also rebooted my device.

Yup, you're right. That is still in the Beta version.

If you send me an e-mail from the app (help > support&suggestions) I'll send you an invitation to install it right away.
