Icons in columns

Hi folks
Not sure what’s happened but I can’t seem to put more than one icon into a column now?
Funnily, some earlier columns still have 2 from when I did them a few months ago but if I try it now - no joy
Any idea what’s happened?

If you are working with the 'custom editor', tap on the blue button with three dots and select 'Add icons' instead of 'replace icons'

I was using icon drop but the same applied - it was those three dots!
