Jean -Paul OFFLINE Junior Member Posts: 5 Thank you received: 1	Bonjour J ai un soucis quant j'exporte mes classes en format XLS ( excel), dans la première colonne les Noms et prénoms sont inversés, quel que soit la manipulation j ai toujours le prénom en premier ( alors que je veux le nom). ça me pose un problème par la suite pour trier par nom sur Excel. Si vous avez une solution, merci pour votre réponse. JP

Je vais ajouter une option pour prendre en compte la configuration de votre carnet de notes. S'affiche-t-il correctement dans la vue du carnet de notes ?

Jean -Paul OFFLINE Junior Member Posts: 5 Thank you received: 1	Oui l affichage est correct dans le carnet de notes Nom Prénom dans cet ordre, j ai même l'option de mettre le prénom en premier dans " format du nom de l'étudiant". Pour l'exportation je suis dans le format Nom Prénom sur idocéo , et je reçois le fichier Xls avec l'ordre Prénom Nom. Encore merci pour vos réponses rapides et concrètes Jean-Paul

bert OFFLINE Admin Posts: 3485 Thank you received: 686	Dans iDoceo 8.0.4, vous trouverez cette option ci-dessous. Cela conservera le même format de nom (et tous les autres champs) que vous avez dans votre carnet de notes. Il sera disponible dans deux jours sur l'App Store
