Does anyone know how I can change a setting on certain "Holidays" so that they are mentioned in the planner and schedule, but not seen as a day off?

Harmony Day is observed on the 21st of March, but I don't want it to cancel my classes scheduled on that day, and there are a few others like book week and talk like a pirate day
