Hi!

I currently teach 550 kids a week and am investigating the possibility of creating the narrative section of their end of year report automatically using the Rubric function on iDoceo.

Firstly, is it possible to export the rubric narrative rather than in the numerical form? And if so can these comments be 'bulked together' for each child?? For instance if I have 5 statements per child could they be exported as one paragraph?

Thanks in anticipation of your help!,
Sooze

Hi Sooze,
The student report should help you with that.
Enable the 'include rubrics details' option and iDoceo will expand each row of the rubric as an additional paragraph in the report. Unfortunately they can't be exported into just one.
