I have imported an excel file and the numbers have turned into hashtags. This doesn't normally happen and I can't figure out why it has done this. I have imported files before and the numbers have appeared. Please help!

Hello Morris,
That may happen if the numbers you had in that Excel file were the result of calculations or other specific Excel configurations.
Since iDoceo won't calculate the same way as Excel does, you may see hashtags or it may be left empty.
Open that Excel file in Numbers or Excel and save it as CSV instead before 'Opening in' iDoceo. This will consolidate the results and you should be able to import it as expected.
