Hi Bert,

Before my suggestion I just wanted to say that all the staff at our school are about to be deployed iPads, and I have been told by our deputy head that the senior leadership has been so impressed by the app (that is being used by a few of us already) that they are planning on making it part of the standard app deployment. Since I have been using it for quite a while now, they're asking me to do some training with our staff - just thought you'd like to know that the word is spreading!

My suggestion is this: in the seating plan screen, could you please allow us to long press on a student and lock them into position? This way, when we randomise the seating plan but keep the seating positions, they do not move.

This would really help with students who should not move due to visual impairments or other specific requirements. Obviously manually dragging them back into position can be done, but it can be awkward sometimes, and is relatively slow compared to locking the position in the first place.

Thanks Ben,
There isn't much time left for additions but we'll try to squeeze this one in our final Beta. Give it a try when available. Should be ready by the end of this week

Please take a moment to add or update your rating for iDoceo 7 teacher gradebook so that we can continue working on it. Thanks!
