Hi there Lehrer,

In my experience PDF user guides tend to be outdated easily and having 2 or 3 places with instructions is a nightmare to mantain (at least for a small team like us!). I'm actually improving the explanations on a daily basis.

As a side note, on our first drafts, the application had a help Icon which would have in-app instructions but ... after the 3rd or 4th beta release I decided to move everything to the website which is far more flexible and allows updating instructions even if the app is already in the store.

I'll search if there is some way to export the web's articles automatically into PDF form so we have the best of both worlds web/pdf at the same time

I've just added a small (really small) PDF icon at the bottom of each how-to and instructions article so you can print it properly.
The looks of the PDF aren't exactly what I was expecting, I'll keep improving it.
