Copying/Moving students and taking their grades and attendance with them

Understanding that I have a weird situation at my school: 
I teach a few identical classes and duplicate the assignments etc between them. 
We have lots of movement between classes. 
I copy student 1 from class A to class B, but her attendance record and grades are still in Class A ... so I can't remove her from that class. So I make her invisible (hide function). Her information is safe that way, but in Class B it looks like she has a bunch of missing assignments and lost attendance.

Would love to be able to copy students from class to class and take their grades and attendance with them. 
Honestly missing this ability has made using iDoceo for attendance completely impossible, and grades are super challenging with out this function.

An easy solution would be use the same class es a general class and to use Tabs for differentiating the different classes.
Using the filters you can have different groups of students in each Tab (class)
