I have students submit writing work to idoceo via Connect. Works great! But every once in a while, a file goes missing. It is listed under the student's name in the assignment column, but when I select it, the file doesn't open, just throws up an unclickable window (see screenshot.
Wondering if this doesn't have something to do with students sending links to their MS OneDrive (school account) instead of the file itself. I can correct that with a broadcast email.
But I'm also wondering where resource files are stored for idoceo. Since everything in idoceo is supposedly stored locally, they should be somewhere on my Mac, but I can't find them. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Found 'em. The resources files, I mean. Expected them to be in the Applications Support folder, but nope. And wow, lots of files in that folder. Several years worth, I presume. But that location comes with a very large red flag—"Danger! High Surf and No Lifeguard. Do Not Enter the Water"—so I will not be messing with them in any way, shape, or form. Just good to know where they are.
