It would be good to have an online version as well as iPad and that they could sync together. So you could use on the net when you don't have a iPad handy.

Hi Mark,
We'll think about it! Our main concern in this case would be how to keep sensitive information on students in our servers. Some countries are very restrictive about it.
Anyway, thanks for contacting us, we'll keep you posted if we come to a nice online solution.
Regards

Hi,

The workaround for privacy and sensitive information is the outer data storage like as iCloud or Dropbox. The Engine of Idoceo for desktop runs on your server but idoceo data resides on a remote data storage ...

Oh this would be such a great idea. I find it difficult to use the planner section of Idoceo without being able to type on a keyboard. I'm not sure how difficult the issues about data protection are considering the number of schools which use Google Apps and they are all cloud based.

Loving version 3 now BTW!

Glad you like our v3 MrTMetcalfe.

Data protection issues are usually solved by having an outstanding legal department, which isn't our case ... yet
We're still pushing the iPad version with new features (like that planner!). Lets see if we can address some form of online platform later on.

Have you tried any bluetooth keyboard on your iPad?
