Adapting Schedule/Planner for Primary Timetable was created by MrsW

Is there a way to adapt the schedule and planner to accomodate the primary classroom timetable? I only have one class and teach subjects so I'd like to add subjects instead of classes to the planner.

You should use the Location text in the schedule to specify the subject. This Location/Subject will be shown in the planner as well.
The other alternative would involve replicating your single class, one for each subject. This is only useful if your main concern is the planner but you would then have trouble creating comprehensive gradebook reports since data is split into different classes.

Hi, I'm trying to decide whether or not to replicate classes or use multiple tabs. You mentioned replicating classes would make it difficult to create comprehensive gradebook reports. Is this still the case in 2019?
Thanks for the update.

			Hello Nardley,
In the current version of iDoceo you can easily see multiple subjects for the same student from the student's personal sheet > Summary View.
It would look like this. The bottom bar will let you switch from one subject/class to another.
Regarding reports, they are still focused on a single class/subject per report but you can merge into a single class, columns from other subjects/classes. This would allow to create a single report with all subjects into one.
This would only be useful if we're not talking about many columns here.
Here is a short video on how to merge data from different classes

Great, so it sounds like setting up "classes" as subjects will work
 Thank you.

I've finished setting up my classes and love that I can review student's progress in different classes through the students personal sheet / summary view. It would be awesome if the data in the summary sheets could be printed!!!

			Hello Nardley,
It can be printed from the gradebook view > Export > Student report.
Make sure you enable the ´gradebook graph`option.
As mentioned earlier, this is focused on the current class but we plan on improving this in the future
