You can share gradebook configurations, data, bulletin boards, notes and seating plans with other users via email, Dropbox or through our online template database.
We call this a template
What information can a template include?
- Your gradebook configuration, all columns, tabs and grade types
- Students, their grades, annotations and resources
- Text and handwritten notes
- Seating plans
- Bulletin boards
If personal details are included, the template will require a password
How to create a template of your gradebook
Open a class' gradebook, tap on export and Share.
You can also create it from the list of classes options > Share
The template configuration
You will be able to select what kind of information to include in the template.
Whenever grades or student data is included, the template will be password protected.

How to import a template into iDoceo
If you have received a template by email or if it is stored in any other app,tap on it and then 'Open In' iDoceo
You may also do it from iDoceo's main screen, the list of classes: tap on Add > Class - Import template
How to add an online template to your gradebook
From the main screen, tap on Add then Add online template
